The Australian Charts haven’t been too kind to Eurovision songs over the years. Only a very select few have managed hit status here. However, many competing artists have had many hits in the Australian charts in general, so let’s take a look at the biggest hits from those artists who have competed on the Eurovision stage.
There are a few rules for this list…
- The artist must have been the main performer of the song (not a featured artist), so artists such as The Real McCoy and Flo Rida have not been included.
- Solo artists must have had their own solo hit to be eligible, rather than have been part of a charting group or band.
- Duets are counted, however, the success of the single is halved for this list if the additional artist (marked * ) did not complete in Eurovision
